âThe location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. âGreat communication with Lisa throughout our stay and easy check in/out. Location was amazing, right next to the bike trail and just a few minutes walk to downtown Dunedin. Safe area and a block away from bike rental shop. Loved having a garage to store bikes/car. Inside unit was modern and clean. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs and the best part was having our own washer/dryer. Bed was so comfortable and huge closets with shelving. Quiet area, slept well. Weâd love to stay again next...

âThis was a fantastic rental. The hosts were excellent at communication from the initial reservation the whole way through check out. The property is within walking distance to all that Dunedin has to offer. From local breweries and great restaurants along the Pinellas Trail to the reason we went, TD Ballpark and Blue Jays Spring Training, everything was within walking distance with the TD Ballpark being about a mile away but the area is flat and very safe.
