”The staff were lovely , the food was fine , the room was nicely decorated etc. However the room was freezing and the heat didn’t come on a few times when it was meant to. It was 3c outside and on our first evening before dinner we sat with our coats on waiting for the heat to be fixed . No heat came on the second morning at all and I had to phone reception at 8.30 to ask for it be reset . Also the shower was lukewarm the first morning of our stay which also needed fixed. Think the plumbing needs...

”The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago”

”Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again ”
