”Served as a nice base for our visit to Edinburgh and area. The house was comfortable & well equipped. The location was convenient to the highway, grocery stores & a nice local pub/restaurant. The host was responsive & even offered us use of the garage to store our golf clubs.”

”Apartment was spotlessly clean, beds are comfy and the host was exceptional. Stayed here for the Edinburgh tattoo which was only 30 mins away by car, 15mins by train. A perfect base for sightseeing in Edinburgh and beyond. Quality bedding and towels. Can highly recommend!”

If there is one drawback, it is that the home is located a few miles from the city center and, for us, not a walkable distance. But other than that, all in our group recommended this home. ”

The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future.”
