”We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback.

”This was my second stay here whilst visiting my son at Exeter University. Moto Velo is <20 mins from the Uni Campus, This place caught my eye as it allows dogs to stay at a reasonable price, much better than the ridiculous amount some of the hotels in Exeter were charging. ”I booked for one night as on a training course locally.
I stayed in Willow room, and it was as described, clean, all the amenities for me to make tea/coffee and towels provided.
Cara contacted me with instructions on parking etc prior to my visit, and was on hand with recommendations for pub to eat at etc before my visit.
Breakfast options were amazing, I chose the continental and it was delivered to me at the time I requested and fresh.
I highly recommend this B&B and if I’m ever back that...
