”I never received any check-in information from the guest house, and I had to call them twice before I could get in. All the keys were just hanging there in the lobby with no staff around, I could've gone into any room I wanted. Once that was done though, the room was nice if tiny, and the bed was comfy. Slept like a log. ”

”Room was very hot, could’ve done with a fan as having the windows open was extremely noisy. Got woken up by bus garage being directly outside. This could’ve been avoided if a fan was available in the room. Room was a little dirty, dust everywhere and walls had marks up them. Bins hadn’t been emptied. ”

”Booked an apartment but due to maintenance problems we were upgraded to a hotel. Very comfortable, quiet and 30 seconds walk to station. ”

”We were given a room at the front of the pub, above the bar. The pub is on a busy road junction and so there is traffic noise! It was hot so we had the windows open, it was noisy, however, the windows are double glazed and there were ear plugs provided. There’s no air con but there were 2 fans in the room. There were also plug in radiators, hair dryer, iron, full size kettle and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. The room and bathroom were clean and well presented. We stayed on a Monday and...
