”Everything was great ”

”Clean room but many more guests than it was stated should have been in pools and especially hot tub. At one point there were more than twice the limit in the hot tub area. There were so many people and so little parking that it made the trip very stressful and not as enjoyable as we had been anticipating. ”

”While the room was pretty clean and the staff friendly, the hotel overall is very outdated and dingy. Breakfast was very sad, carbs only, no fresh options - even hard boiled eggs were yellow and looked inedible. Luckily we stayed only one night because it felt very depressing, and I would not want to spend a whole vacation there. I’ve been to many lodges before so I know what to expect, but definitely didn’t enjoy this one. ”

”We had a great view of the pigeon forge area. Overall the visit met all our expectations. We will definitely look for a Drury Hotel on future travels. Our thanks to all the friendly staff for making our trip enjoyable. ”

”This resort was perfect for our family. I loved the spacious rooms with a full kitchen, fire place and a beautiful view. It was fun for the kiddos with options of pools, playgrounds and jump pillow. We had a blast staying here. ”

Lights between the beds did not function, light above the table and chairs did not function, microwave was not cleaned, smoke detector was disconnected from the wall, body wash and shampoo bottles were both empty and one was not connected to the shower stall. window coverings were not connected to the mounting rod. ”Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in...

”Need to have ice cream available with other items in the lobby. Haagen Dazs seems to be the choice with all my travel experience. ”

”The over all experience was wonderful. The hotel room was the cleanest my husband and I have ever stayed in. We were both very impressed. There were plenty of towels. They staff was so friendly. ”Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...
