”Great location and space, walking distance to dog park . We had a lovely stay while helping our daughter move to their new house in menomonie. Will definitely use this again for family gatherings.”

”We stayed for a week due to a family member receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic which is in close proximity. The house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. We found all of the amenities we needed and enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the attached garage especially during this cold winter. Adam was extremely pleasant to work with and responded to any question we had within 30 minutes. Would highly recommended this property. ”

”the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. ”

”The house was great for our group and the location was great for the event we were there for. The hot tub was a great perk! The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was it was listed as a duplex, and didn’t realize the other side would be occupied. Unsure if another VRBO guest or VRBO owner. Other than that, the house was great!”

”The property is located right in the heart of Lake City, next to Lake Pepin! It's easy to get to and has a nice set up with an open kitchen to living room concept which is great for a stay with friends or family! The sauna is nice and the backyard looked perfect for summer hangouts (we were there in January so couldn't enjoy that but I imagine it's nice!)”
