1800 neliömetrin jalka, 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen mukautettu asuinpaikka sijaitsee 2 hehtaarilla ja se sijaitsee 10 mailia (alle 15 minuuttia) keskustasta pohjoiseen ja 15 mailia (15 minuuttia) etelään Purgatoryn hiihtokeskuksesta. Paikka tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja yksinäisyyttä, mutta on silti vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä keskustasta sekä puhdistuksesta. Dalton Ranch ja Trimble Hot Springs ovat alle 3 mailin päässä asuinpaikasta.

Kodissa on fantastinen ulkona katettu asuintila, jossa on kaasugrilli, josta on upeat näkymät Hermosan kallioille. Koska talo sijaitsee 2 hehtaarin alueella, poroja voidaan usein nähdä kiinteistössä.

Molemmat master-sviitit sijaitsevat tärkeimmän elintilan / keittiön ulkopuolella, kun taas kolmas makuuhuone (kerrossänky) sijaitsee alakerrassa ja siinä on iso seinälle asennettu TV, joka toimii toisena asuintilana.

Sängyn kokoonpano:

Varaa vähintään viikko ja 10%: n alennus lasketaan automaattisesti (pois lukien joulu / uusi vuosi).

Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. Peruutukset tai muutokset, jotka johtavat lyhentyneeseen oleskeluun ja jotka tehdään 45 päivän kuluessa saapumispäivästä, menettävät koko varauksen summan, kun taas peruutukset, jotka tehtiin yli neljäkymmentäviisi (45) päivää ennen saapumistasi, menettävät vain 300 dollarin maksu suoritettu varauksen yhteydessä. Great place in a great location. Listing photos were spot on and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as well as the mule deer and turkeys that visited every day. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable home! Views are gorgeous!

Enjoyed our stay. The home just needs additional bath linens (wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels). We were a party of 4 and had to wash bath linens every day so that we had clean bath linens.

We truly enjoyed our stay! There was snow on the ground and mule deers out the kitchen window. Location was convenient to many activities. The heated tile floor made the living space cozy and inviting. Lovely home!

I spent a few days in this house, it was perfect for our family of 6, and you can accommodate up to 8 or 9 people. Great location between Durango and Purgatory. House isn’t very nice, hope to come back.

While the location of the home was excellent there were a few things to note. The internet was weak & very intermittent at times. There were 4 TV remotes, but the TV was only able to get Direct TV- no streaming channels.

Beautiful location and home!

We loved staying in this quiet area and in your beautiful home. The location was perfect and hearing the train whistles were one of the the highlights of our trip. We had an issue the night we arrived, but the property manager responded very promptly and fixed the issue. My only suggestion would be more window coverings in the master bathroom. Even though, there is forest behind the home, I would have preferred more privacy. Other than that, the home was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed.

Beautiful location. Home comfortably accommodated my family of 9, 5 adults and 4 grandkids. Each of the 4 bedrooms were accompanied by a full bath. The basement bedroom was perfect for our grandkids. The kitchen is huge and is perfect for preparing large meals. The air conditioning system is reliable and effective. On the down side, the laundry room is located in the basement off the 4th bedroom making it difficult to launder without disturbing the guest in the bedroom. The booking process was convenient but be forewarned the addtional booking fees to complete the booking were the most numerous and expensive I have experienced on VRBO. The initial per night cost skyrocketed when all the booking fees were folded in. All in all, we had a great stay..

Pretty view and convenient location

Very pretty views and convenient location to Durango and access to San Juan Forest. The house has hard water and kitchen utensils needed extra cleaning and does need a water softener. the house was dusty so if a cleaner person you will need to do some minor pick up but the Vacuum didn’t work. Animals on roof and in attic or walls were loud. Couldn’t use master bathroom tub as wouldn’t drain. We are shower people so not really a problem just for adding for information purposes. House was comfortable for everyone with great views.

Beautiful property

The property was amazing. Everything was as advertised except for a couple things: we couldn't get the A/C to work properly, and the lack of clear instructions was frustrating. As a result, we had 3 hot nights. Also, the amenities (shampoo, etc) were not there, and we had to ask the management company for them. They brought 1 set when we told them there were 3 of us (3 men on a business trip, so we were not sharing). One last thing - there are no extra sheets and our sheets needed replacing, so I had to wash them before sleeping. I emailed these issues to the owner/management company, and we were taken care of. I will give them another chance because the property itself was awesome.

Unhappy with hidden fees

While the home was nice, the hidden fees were unbelievable. What started out as a reasonable price nearly doubled when extra charges were added!!! A large expense was for cleaning, and they asked us to run a load of towels and the dishwasher. Also, we were offered the chance to purchase cancelation insurance. Our companions' dog was bitten by a rattlesnake and needed constant medical attention. Although the insurance was costly, this was not an insured reason to cancel. We were definitely misled. We will NEVER use VRBO again, and will encourage our friends and neighbors to avoid them as well.

Excellent communication, beautiful home and location! Highly recommend

The first sign I knew this house was going to be fabulous is the organization of the management company. The directions and entry to the house were spot on; meaning the garage door worked and the code to get the key also worked. The management company also checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. We entered through the bunk room and I was already impressed before going upstairs to the main living area. The house is beautiful and spotless. The owners seem to travel a lot as evidenced by the fun family pictures and the custom made Moroccan dining table (what a piece of beautiful art!). The house is truly as beautiful as the pictures show...no false advertising here! There are so many nice touches such as coffee, tea, throw blankets, wall heaters, games, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. laundry room with soap, well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, cooking tools, etc. We were treated to sights of deer, turkey hens, very healthy coyotes, and the steam engine train from Durango. My only regret to the house was I had to leave! Oh, I highly recommend it 😁

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time renting with Premier. We usually vacation with VRBO or Airbnb. From now on, I will check Premier first. The cabin was bigger and more spacious then the written description. It was a little hard to find from google maps. The house was clean, the beds were great. We were able to park a car in the garage which helped as we went skiing at purgatory resort most day and we had a warm charm to get into. The fire place was amazing. Plenty of dried wood. The oversized windows were perfect to watch the snow fall. Part of the family went snow shoeing up at Lime Creek a few times too both Purgatory and Lime Creek were only 15-20 mins up the mountain. We celebrated Christmas up there. It was perfect. Two things, which is why would use Premier again, the master bedroom had significant dust for some reason, and we only had one dish towel in the kitchen which was dirty, and the dish washer wouldn’t turn on, my wife called Premier, and that very same day, they sent someone up to the cabin with new dish towels, they sent a Maintenence man up to look at the dishwasher. The service was immediate, the company really want to be the premier vacation rental business and wants your business back again and again. I will definitely use the again when we look for vacation rentals

Second Time Around

The kitchen is set up so perfect, the spacious comfy living room was perfect spot to gather. We had beautiful weather, and were able to enjoy the outdoors, and access to easy hikes nearby. We're looking forward to returning again!

Beautiful place!

A beautiful home with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We stayed about 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the location, the privacy, the views and the home. We will definitely seek this property out and take our adult children on vacation here. It's perfect for families or just a group of friends wanting to hang our and relax.

Great get-a-way in nice home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay. Home was as expected and we loved seeing the deer every day, even a couple of mornings. We even saw some wild turkeys on the grounds one day. The home was clean. Only problem was we were given wrong entry code and could not gent in, we called and got correct code and was able to enter. Also, only two bars of soap. Other than that no problems,
