Meidän 2600 neliöjalkaa, 4 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpyhuoneen kaupunkiasunto (yksikkö 13) on yksi harvoista todellisista hiihtää / hiihtää -ominaisuuksista Purgatory Resortissa, rakennettu aivan rinteille ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan / hiihtonäkymän pääaukion päälle. Kaupunkiaseman sijainti tarjoaa äärimmäisen mukavuuden kaikkina vuodenaikoina! Se on vain muutaman askeleen päässä hälinästä, ravintoloista, kaupoista ja hiihtovälineistä.

Tässä kaupunkiasunnossa on gourmet-keittiö, jossa on graniittiset työtasot, avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja ja tilaa rentoutua perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Pääasiallisen asuintilan ja muodollisen ruokailutilan lisäksi hotellissa on myös baari, joka tarjoaa lisäistuimia. Kaupunkiasunnon asettelu tekee siitä täydellisen vaihtoehdon useille perheille tai ystäville.

Makuuhuoneessa on kaasu-takka ja poreamme kylpyammeessa.

Kaupunkiasunnossa on pesukone / kuivausrumpu, WiFi ja siihen liitetty lämmitetty 2 auton autotalli, jossa on runsaasti säilytystilaa pyydyksiä varten.

Varaa vähintään viikko ja 10%: n alennus lasketaan automaattisesti.

Tarjoukseen sisältyvä 4% lomakeskusmaksu on vaadittava lomakeskusmaksu, joka on veloitettava ja joka ei salli pääsyä Durango Mountain Clubille. Lisä (ja valinnaisen) 4% lomakeskuksen käytöstä pääset Durango Mountain Club -klubille, joka sisältää lämmitetyn ulkouima-altaan liukumäellä, porealtaan ja kuntoilutilat. Kerro vain varauksen yhteydessä, jos haluat meidän lisäävän ylimääräisen 4% lomamaksun.

Pysy kanssamme ja tarjoamme alennuksia sekä kesä- (koskenlaskuretket, ratsastus jne.) Että talvella (hiihto- / lumilautailuvuokraus, hissiliput, rekiretket, moottorikelkkaretket jne.).

Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. Peruutukset tai muutokset, jotka johtavat lyhentyneeseen oleskeluun ja jotka tehdään 45 päivän kuluessa saapumispäivästä, menettävät koko varauksen summan, kun taas peruutukset, jotka tehtiin yli neljäkymmentäviisi (45) päivää ennen saapumistasi, menettävät vain 300 dollarin maksu suoritettu varauksen yhteydessä. The Best Location

Elkpoint 13 was amazing! It is the absolute best location. You can literally ski right to your back door and ski down to the main lift. We can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful home. Clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to Durango. We are from south Arkansas so the increased elevation plus all the stairs in a townhome made some of us light headed. I would not have traded it for the amazing views we had. Kids will want to come back

Great location and spacious for large groups.

Only one issue…kitchen sink stopped up and slightly flooded the kitchen floor. Property manager responded quickly and situation was fixed. Outstanding location and furnishings. All in our party were happy with the stay. Ages of 11 occupants ranged from 12 to 54.

Both homes had a great ski in ski out location. This was very convenient for all families because we were traveling with small children that got tired easily. The homes were in good shape, however they didn't look very clean (carpets and kitchen).

The water/ice dispenser in the fridge wasn't working, but the management company brought us a bag of ice. Internet is lacking in this unit, but other than the times my husband was trying to work that wasn't too big of a deal since most of our time was spent outside. It's a beautiful home, lots of room, and well kept. Very comfy - we love it and will be back.

The grandkids loved that the pool was in walking distance so they swam everyday we were there. Inside it was very clean and spacious. All of us had our own little place to retreat to. The townhome was well stocked with all we needed and plenty of linens. We enjoyed Durango, rode the train, played in the river by the park, and had the best hamburger at the James Ranch. My family has asked we return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in one of the Elkpoint condos our last few ski trips and it’s such a great space for a few families to gather together. We love that we can ski in for lunch and a break easily. The last time we stayed in this one, there were twins in one of the 2nd floor rooms and it was nice that they upgraded to king beds. The ice maker was broken but they did have trays to make our own ice. Only other issue was that the check in information states there would be 2 extra rolls of Toilet paper in each bathroom and there was only the one roll in each one and we had to ask for extra and they brought us a few rolls. It may sound petty, but for the price of these places, we would expect them to have what is stated.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was excellent, the location of the unit, the access and the general conditions are very good, our families enjoy everything and we were very pleased during all days. There were some things that need to be fixed in the unit, that was mentioned before, one thing that we forgot to mention is the smell in the rest room of the mains floor room. And please need to be care full and check the situation of the mouse, we didnt detected after a few days, but I think that is not something that happen often unless the units is not being used in a long time. we understand that those things could happen but you have to do a better inspection prior to any arrival or check with your cleaning team, also the garage was a little bit dirty and things that can be removed.Thanks for you service and support with everything.

The condo was perfect for my whole family during our vacation. The rooms were spacious and the whole condo was beautiful. The patio was nice to watch people coming by down the mountain and we were a short walk to the market, restaurant and activities. The bottom room (large room) does not have windows so it gets warm at night (we went during summer) and there are a lot of stairs for young kids. But overall the condo was wonderful, the management team responded quickly to l my emails and we would love go back during the winter!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the location cannot be beat. The lodge amenities were great, and we used the pool just about every day. I didn’t have any issues during the stay, so did not interact with the property manager. Only suggestion would be to get some type of window covering for the windows in the back. It would have been nice to block some of the late afternoon sun. The back decks are very close together and although the owner of this unit can’t control the neighbors, it was a little disappointing when the group renting the unit next door were all cigarette smokers and made it uncomfortable for our young kids to be outside (and have the back windows open) because of the cigarette smoke.
