Perfectly located between downtown Durango (15 minutes) and Purgatory Resort (15 minutes), you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—quiet mountain surroundings with quick access to skiing, hiking, dining, and local attractions. After your adventures, unwind at Durango Hot Springs, just 5 minutes away.

AIR CONDITIONING DETAILS
Colorado summers are typically mild, but the home stays comfortable with a built-in evaporative cooler in the main living area, new high-efficiency A/C in the master bedroom, and an additional portable A/C unit. Fans and operable windows allow fresh mountain air to flow throughout.

Guest access
Aside from the 2nd and 3rd floors, you will have access to the common laundry room with full-sized washer and full-sized dryer on the 1st floor at the base of the stairwell.

You unit has its own separate entrance with a 4-digit code unique just for your stay!

During the winter months, we advise all-wheel or 4-wheel drive due to the gravel driveway.

Other things to note
An OPTIONAL HOT TUB is also available—After booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory waiver and a $75 cleaning fee apply if you choose to use the hot tub.

If you would like even more space, you can book our entire cabin which has two kitchens and would be perfect for a larger group or multigenerational family.
