    Kolmen makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpyammeen 2500 neliöjalkaa kaupunkiasunto sijaitsee Purgatoryn juurella ja tarjoaa mukavuutta kaikkina vuodenaikoina. Se on perattu ja täysin uusittu ja sisustettu ammattimaisesti vuonna 2016.

    Condo tarjoaa upeat näkymät Needles Range ja Spud Mountain ja ominaisuus 4 kannet (ja kaasugrilli) nauttia näkymistä kaikkiin suuntiin. Se on erittäin lyhyt kävelymatka helpon hiihtorinteeseen, joka vie sinut perusalueelle.

    Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. Our families spent this Christmas Skiing. Loved the Condo. It was cozy and lots of space for 2 families of 3. We love skiing Purgatory. Everyone is non-pretentious and friendly people. One problem we had was the dish satellite was not working so our husbands couldn’t watch all the football games.

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo at the Purgatory ski resort during the summer! It was very luxurious with the nicest view and deck around (hot tub, heaters, etc). Super convenient to all the fun activities at the resort such as the lift, coasters, shops. We really enjoyed the white water rafting and ATV adventures, as well as visiting Mesa Verde. The location is close to not only Durango, but Silverton and Ouray if you want to adventure! Highly recommend this rental!

Very Nice Rental

Amazing view, beautiful deck, upscale decor, comfortable furniture and beds, great location! Loved the heaters on the deck. We had a wonderful time! The hot tub was a bit disappointing, though, because the water was murky and overflowed onto the deck with three average sized people using it. There was also a problem with lime deposits around the kitchen and bathroom faucets and sinks. Overall, an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Great time with friends of 58 years. Perfect getaway. Fantastic deck, except jacuzzi was not yet fixed when we arrived which was in June, and they said it would be fixed mid May. Otherwise, great stay. We did not cook, bbq, etc. but everything looked in great condition.

There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy together time and have their own space too! We especially enjoyed the large spacious deck and hot tub! The views were amazing from all the east windows. Easy walking distance to the resort pool/large hot tub. The only downfall was the time frame that we were there. The resort activities, stores, and restaurants were closed until the summer season started (1 week from our dates of stay). We were able to make some family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to have the ability to do some laundry with the private washer/dryer in thos condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of hiking was a plus! June 2-June 7th

Problems with hot tub overheating making it too dangerous to use. It was unusable several days. The patio floor heating was too hot to walk on & even melted rubber backing on rugs! Hot tub experts came out to try to figure out where the problems were. Ask them. Microwave & dishwasher broken. Crusted food on silverware & pans. All dishes chipped. Linens were torn. Dryer vent full of lint took 4 dryer rounds to dry anything. Cleaned as much lint as possible. 2 beds had broken slats causing beds to tilt. Get rid of fancy pillows everywhere! There were extra bed pillows but no pillow cases so I bought some at Walmart. Get new dishwasher & microwave. Fix beds! New linens everywhere! Light bulbs out in almost every room including toilet closets. Must get new bulbs for kitchen under cabinets. Too dark to see countertop at night & had to use a flashlight. Large trash bins in garage full when we arrived. I have photos & videos if anyone wants to see. At approx 13,000. these things should never happen. The views were amazing but too many items caused problems to make it relaxing. We’ve rented several expensive properties through VRBO & have never, ever given bad reviews, until now. We took our son, daughter in law & 3 young grandchildren. This property was a huge disappointment. Please let me know if you want pictures or videos. I was in almost constant communications with help desk while there. Jean Pondrom

Durango to Purgatory in the Fall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was stunning with the most incredible views of changing foliage from inside and outside on the expansive deck. The home was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. While we were there for a week, the wifi was not accessible, required calls to management and not fixed until after we left. There was also some misunderstanding with parking oversized vehicles on the property. All-in-all it was a beautiful stay in Durango to Purgatory in the Fall.

Could be perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are stunning and the outdoor patio is really lovely. Housekeeping needs to step it up. The outside looked like it had not been swept in ages. There was a nail right near the hot tub that my child stepped on and there were full cobwebs on every deck. Furniture should be cleaned as well. Also sloppy things, like no soap on arrival and things like that. They indicate that you are given a starter packet of house items and this means only 1 days worth of coffee. Keep this in mind if you don't wish to grocery shopping during your stay. I would have rather paid a dollar a day more and had coffee unlimited. There was also no coffee carafe. The management handled it in an acceptable manner but of course, we wish there were no issues. Honestly, the stay would have been perfect if not for these issues as the place is lovely.
