Meidän 2600 neliöjalkaa, 5 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen kaupunkiasuntoamme (yksikkö 11) on yksi harvoista todellisista hiihtää / hiihtää -ominaisuuksista Purgatory Resortissa, joka on rakennettu aivan rinteille ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä / hiihtää pääaukion päälle.

Gourmet-keittiössä on graniittiset työtasot, ja siinä on baari, jossa on istumapaikat, ja se avautuu pääasialliseen asuintilaan ja ruokailutilaan, antaa sinulle runsaasti tilaa rentoutua perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Ja uusi kerrossänky, jossa on 55 'TV ja XBox 360, on loistava paikka lapsille viettää aikaa.

Makuuhuoneessa on kaasutakka, ja kylpyhuoneessa on poreallas.

Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. A good outcome, but a nightmare scenario and customer service on check in day

This property is great and you can't beat the location. We had a large group and also utilized a family condo across the plaza; so the close proximity was key in our choosing this unit. Unfortunately, four hours before check-in I was told that we had to be moved. After a few hours of panic (as our group drove towards Purgatory) we were told that we'd be able to stay in this unit; but would it would not be ready until after 4 PM. I was told that they'd pay for dinner; which then changed to 100 maximum for dinner. You can't pay for dinner for 13 people for 100. Ultimately, we didn't get into the unit until 7 PM and our dinner at the Durango Mountain Club (which was well over 100) was covered; but the angst and poor communication in working with the property manger ruined the stay. Additionally, the listing included pool and hot tub, but we did not have access from this unit. Fortunately, we are DMC members and could use our key fobs. I'll think long and hard before I rent from this property manager again.

Awesome ski in, ski out

This was an amazing location!! We loved the ease of getting to the slopes right from our patio. The kitchen is great, the beds were comfortable, the heated garage was a big plus. The communication with the hosts was fantastic.

This is a true ski in/ski out. Skied down from yellow brick road right to the back door. House was perfect for us. The management company kept in touch with us throughout our stay. We would stay there again.

Great size and good location for exploring southwest colorado

Great setup and layout for large groups. No air conditioning made for warm sleeping in the upstairs bedrooms. In general the condo has a bit of wear and tear but it was totally fine for our extended family trip.

Great location

We’ve stayed at every condo on the mountain. This place was our favorite because of ski in/ out access and short distance to beach area. The only issue was not enough bath towels and struggled to get fireplace going . We loved it so much that we already booked for next Christmas.

Great place to stay

The place was almost ski in ski out, but with more snow to come, I’m sure it could be truly ski in ski out. It does have 5 bedrooms, but the bath situation wasn’t ideal. Bunk room on bottom floor had to share the one bathroom on second floor, but second floor has two bedrooms, which meant that 8 of us actually had to share the one bathroom. Other two bathrooms were on top floor which had two bedrooms. There were lots of games that the family could play. Kitchen had minimum skillets/griddles for cooking pancakes. Enjoyed the gas fire logs. Asked for bathtub plug in tub on middle floor to be fixed, but guess they couldn’t get the replacement part quickly enough. Christmas tree would have been nice, but guess some guests might stay there that aren’t Christian nice big table that the whole family could gather around for meals and games

Beautiful Property

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect and it met our needs. There was an unexpected inconvenience as we couldn’t park at the home for 24 hours and we had to walk a good distance. This was an inconvenience as it was our wedding day and we had to alter some plans. Otherwise it was great!

Texas 9 still alive!

We had such an amazing time, and our experience in Durango was memorable. The stay in the cabin was absolutely the best. We had all the convenience needed, and the comfort was as if we were at home. They had it well stocked with all the essential supplies you could possibly need & more. Their details are on point. We were very pleased.

Couldn’t have been better!

This property was spectacular! We were right on the mountain and enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching all the mountain bikers come down the mountain. Luckily, most of the attractions were open, and there was much to do. The place was clean and exactly as pictured and we were not disappointed! We will definitely be back here, and hopefully we can find availability during ski season. Thank you so much!

Awesome Stay - If cleaned more thoroughly, would have been Perfect.

My large family group stayed at the property - sleeping 5 couples. One couple had to sleep in the bunk beds. The location is unbeatable- gorgeous view, some yard space to play in. The patio chairs need to be replaced as they were worn through, and there were many dishes that needed re-washing by hand. The dishwasher was terrible at washing dishes, which probably leads to the dishes that get put away being covered in a film and so we washed our dishes by hand all week, washing anything that was in the cupboards. That was the most unclean part of the stay. The property managers were very prompt with our requests. They provided fans along with the bedroom ceiling fans, to help with cooling the place during the day since there is no AC. Bedding especially pillows are worn / old and could use replacing. Only one set of shampoo/bodywash/lotion per bathroom, not per couple - just an FYI. We loved having a washer/dryer to wash clothes. Very convenient. Overall, the layout, amenities, and overall stay was wonderful. We had a great time. These few improvements to the units would make the stay perfect.

Purgatory Ski-in-ski-out

My family just got back from a fantastic trip skiing in purgatory. The condo was right on the left and could not have been more convenient! The condo was very large and accommodated our group well. It’s very well-stocked with essentials and a lot of spices and things that other condos that we rented in the past did not have. We had a problem with her Internet that was addressed very quickly. Could not be happier with the level of service we received. We will be back!

Pretty darn good

The location was great. Would have given it 5 stars but had some nits: 1) Many light bulbs were out, including all of the ones above the dining room table. It's a darkly lit unit, so all of the bulbs need to work. 2) The Televisions' "Source" kept changing to a non-active input. Not user friendly. 3) Check-out time of 10:00 AM is too early. 11:00 would be better.
