”Brand spanking new property in a wonderful location for being downtown. The staff is just getting started and were very friendly and helpful, including the manager. ”Very friendly and helpful staff. It was so nice to be able to park at the hotel early in the day so we could visit the town and ride the train even though we weren't checking in until later that evening. Restaurants and shops are very close, everything is walkable. Our room was very nice and breakfast was great. We had a very enjoyable stay.”

”Very nice river view in our room. Only issue is that shuttle service not available to and from Airport. There are two shuttles on property but are only used for airport staff and not hotel guests. Even if there was a nominal charge we should have been able to use shuttle as taxi service is very unreliable and lengthy. We waited over an hour at airport for taxi.”

”I have previously reviewed how terrible this place was, but this is an update on their management. I booked a stay for May 7–10, 2026. The property was so filthy that we absolutely could not stay. My son has autism, and the overwhelming smell was a major issue for both him and myself.
After I left my initial review, management contacted me. Because I gave a 24-hour cancellation notice, I expected that at least two out of the three nights would be refunded. So far, I have received NOTHING.
