The 100 m² holiday apartment in a traditional half-timbered house in Durbach, Baden-Württemberg, accommodates up to 4 guests (ideally a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). It features 2 bedrooms with a box-spring bed and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The private, well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machines, milk frother, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen counter seats 4 people. During your stay, you have access to private Wi-Fi, a high chair, a workspace, a private sauna, a washing machine, and a cozy living room with a tiled stove and smart TV.



Enjoy the special hillside location, surrounded by trees and rocks. The property offers a small, registered biotope, creating a unique atmosphere between vineyards and houses.



A communal parking space is located directly in front of the house, and there is also a garage for bicycle storage. Events are not permitted on the property.



You can start mountain bike tours directly from the house, and the Durbach hiking trail is only a few steps away. The Heimbach bus stop is within a few minutes’ walk, and the town center with shopping facilities is 500 meters away. Swimming pool and mini-golf course are reachable in 5 minutes on foot. Bed linen, towels, sauna towels, and dish towels are provided. In the living room, you will find books and games. Sauna and infrared cabin are available for an extra fee.
