”Le lit était confortable. L'accueil était chaleureux. Le staff répond rapidement aux demandes avec courtoisie. Le déjeuner était correct.La climatisation était excellente rendant agréable la chambre malgré la chaleur. Ce qui m'a déplu est le service de nettoyage de la chambre. Les poubelles ne sont pas vidées, la salle de bain n'est pas nettoyée. En arrivant, il n'y avait pas de serviettes dans la chambre. L'eau de la piscine était trop glacée. ”Good size room with a king size bed. Generally happy with the room but pillows were flat for me but my spouse was ok with them. The only thing I thought should be improved was the breakfast as eggs, bacon and toast were cold. One person was the chef , waiter, and check out person for several people. They should have more staff for breakfast.”

”The hotel is quite dated, and the room was damp with a noticeable musty smell. The AC and dehumidifier were very noisy, so we didn’t sleep well during our one-night stay. There were also no EV charging stations nearby, which was inconvenient for us.”

”Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
