”I will say this review is skewed because I had a terrible experience with Jason at the front desk. Based on the experience of his rudeness and lack of professionalism, I will never go back. The outside can be improved, there were glass bottles standing up in the parking lot in spaces and just overall not kept. As you walk in the swinging door is broken and the lobby is small. We stayed on the second floor and there were no elevators. The room itself smelled clean and the bed was soft. However,...

”Old and had a terrible odor”

”ROCK HARD BEDS, COULDN'T SLEEP, FILTHY, STAINED TOWELS, NO BLANKETS ON BEDS, RUN DOWN, TERRIBLE VALUE. They have let this place go to have more $$ in their pockets. So sad. I stayed 8.5 years ago and it was nice.”

”Everything was great or expected but the room could've been cleaner. Was a faint odor resembling but likely not vomit. Hairs in shower and sink.”

”It’s an old motel but it did exceed my expectations. The only issue I had was that there was no body wash in the container on the shower wall labeled body wash. My husband went to the office and was told someone would come in a few minutes but they never showed up. Husband went back to the office and was handed the small plastic tube type of shampoo, conditioner and a few small bars of soap. Good enough, but a little disappointing. ”

”We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

”Incredible staff”

”Very old rooms that are barely still functional. It appears that a portion of the hotel is undergoing renovations, but it did not look like any of the those rooms are open yet. The included Breakfast was ok.”

”I had a really great stay at this Red Roof Inn. The room was super clean, which is my number one priority, so that was a big win. Everything felt comfortable and well kept. The staff was friendly and made everything easy, and there was plenty of parking, which was a huge plus. The location is also really convenient! Close to restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, and right near the highway. Overall, a simple, clean, no-stress stay. I’d definitely stay here again!”

”It was clean and cheap! The breakfast was frosted flakes, raisin bran, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, that's literally it. Not even juice. I would still stay again though, for the clean and cheap. Comfy bed! Staff was sweet.”

”It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana. There were two dispensaries right next door to the hotel. Also the area seemed a little sketchy. Many people hanging out in the lobby and surrounding areas. I don’t think that they were guests but one never knows. The room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We just stayed one night and that’s probably as much as I would ever stay if in a pinch.”
