Poor communication with the rental owner and we couldn’t get access to the home upon arrival and no response from rental owner when I reached out for help. ”I booked this and then two weeks before coming had to change my dates by one day. They couldn't accommodate me so i asked if i could postpone my trip to another time as I come often to Durham. They said no. I then got snowed in the blizzard and missed two out of the 3 nights i had booked. I arrived at 830pm the 3rd night to a freezing home. 46 degrees. The heating was broken.
