”Our second year staying in this home. The house was clean and well appointed. The host is attentive and very helpful.”

”The property was perfect. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.”

”What a beautiful and cozy little property! We really enjoyed our stay.”

”I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

”This is a spacious, beautiful oceanfront home with everything you need for rest and relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped and all of the mattresses were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Perfect for families.”

”We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?”

”The property was beautiful and very clean. They had all of the amenities needed which was very helpful - shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view from the home was beautiful. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant right across the street - the food was great and the waterfront location was awesome. The location in Kittery Point allowed for trips to Portsmouth NH, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We’ll definitely be back.”

”We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic. You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. ”

”Wonderful property with an amazing location. Beautiful view and nice amenities for the beach.”

”Can’t say enough about the convenience of this property. Seconds to the beach, with steps onto the sand almost in front of the house. Although it sleeps many, there is only one parking spot, so plan ahead for additional cars. Best kitchen i have ever seen in a rental, but bring a bag of ice. Great linen and plenty of it. Tv has every channel you could ever need, and games galore if it’s a rainy day and you are forced inside. Ideally you only have sun and fun!”
