”A nice clean hotel with helpful staff. The balcony off the room was a lovely plus and the pool was huge- the kids loved it.”

”The room was super clean, stylish, but somewhat austere. The bed was fantastic, and my back was happy for the couple days I visited. Translucent privacy curtains would be a nice addition instead of just the blackout blinds. Young man at desk seemed bothered to have to do my check in, and mumbled quietly through the whole interaction. Overall, I’d stay again.”

”Overall disappointing stay. The hotel reception and breakfast area were attractive. Standard Holiday Inn free breakfast but nice enough with ample food and good coffee. The lemon water in the reception was a nice touch. However, the hotel rooms and hallways are in serious need of major renovation. Our rooms wallpaper was peeling, the paint chipped and the sofa sagging. The mattress in the pull out sofa was old and unhygienic. The bath vanity appeared to be replaced, but the bathtub vinyl...

”When we vacationed in Newport, Rhode Island (July 2026) we stayed at the Town and Tide Inn for three days. The Inn, with only 12 rooms, was quiet and personal. The innkeepers were delightful and wonderful at making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are spaciously clean and beautifully appointed with a cottage beach vibe. The garden courtyard with the 24-hour coffee shed was our favorite early morning space. The gourmet breakfast served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM was excellent. And...

”Charming bed and breakfast”

”The room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. However, there wasn't much water pressure and the room was dusty. The bedding was stained, but I was able to get clean linen quickly and a wash cloth to clean up room. Great a/c. In a good location.”

”Great location. Great room for a family of 4. We stayed with our kids in a suite (located in building 2), and it was perfect. This room is not fancy but each room had a tv, a nice king bed, perfectly working AC and a bathroom to share. The room even had a mini fridge, microwave and little sink outside the bathroom. If you are considering staying here, you should! We enjoyed our stay here. They even have a poor, but there is no seating and it is a fairly deep pool, so if you have little ones like...

”We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! ”The property appeared to be new. Our room was BEAUTIFULLY decorated. I would definitely stay there again. Right on the main road, only couple blocks from downtown.”
