”Cleanliness was not great. Went to use a glass and it was filthy. The microwave was full of dust/white film. Not enough towels for us to shower. Had to go to front desk for towels. Breakfast items not good. Omelets pre-made with cheese. No other egg choices if you can't have cheese. Very limited.”

”I stayed one night on a road trip, easy to find and park, extremely friendly staff. Extrapoints for great lightning in bathroom to do make up, most hotels have too dark lightning. Ac woke me up at night even though it was off, sounded like an 80' diesel motor, but other than that everything went great.”

”Service was good at the front desk. Our room was spacious and clean. There is a laundry room, so you can do your laundry if on a longer trip like we were. We thought that the location was excellent, while doing plantation tours (no valet or parking fee compared to hotels down town New Orleans). Maybe 5-6 miles from Houmas House. There is also an outlet mall across the street and many restaurants in the area.”
