”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”When we arrived, the hotel employees were on strike, which was not disclosed to us before our stay. The room we were initially assigned was directly above the picketing area, where union workers were using megaphones, drums, and banging pots and pans. The noise began around 5:30 AM each day and continued until approximately 6:00 PM, making it nearly impossible to rest, sleep in, or even take a nap during the day. When we first approached the front desk for assistance, the staff was not helpful....

”We loved our stay at Edgewater, the room was right on the water with a balcony overseeing Elliot Bay, watching all the ferry's, sailboats and cruise ships was a favorite past time while back in the room. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for Seattle, including taking a ferry to Whidbey island to sight see the old towns and have lunch and out to Snoqualmie falls for a short hike. ”STAFF: We worked with the Valet, Bell hop, Front desk, and the maids. They were all helpful AND friendly. ROOM: Our room was clean and very spacious for 4 ppl; nice & comfortable. Only problem we had was the air conditioning, it was very loud in the room. OVERALL: We would definitely book this hotel again. The convenience of being in walking distance to Pier 66 for embarkation, the waterfront, Aquarium, and Pikes Market.”
