”The room was nice but advertised as a spa room yet no spa which was very disappointing as I paid extra to have this facility. Otherwise the Room was still nice but have to be extremely careful as extremely slippery tiles throughout. Bathroom also same. It was also raining when we stayed so it was slippery bringing baggage in and it also. Staff are extremely rude”

Even after contacting the host and a lady came around to try and fix it on the Saturday and another person on the Sunday who made...
