”I recently reserved a room for a work colleague at this property, and the condition of the room he was given was completely unacceptable. He arrived to find poop and mucus stains on the bed sheets and vomit stains on the floor. This is far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or hospitality. Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. ”

”DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The lobby, hallways, and elevator all had sticky floors and felt dark, dirty, and poorly maintained. The first room we were given had dirty sheets, a rusted and broken tub/shower, and the entire room smelled sour, like something had been spilled and never properly cleaned. When we asked to change rooms, the second room was just as bad — it had black mold on the curtains. At that point we decided we could not stay there. We left as quickly as possible. ”The bathroom was missing light bulbs and there was mold around the tub. The bathroom door would not close and at the ceiling itliiks like drywall was patched but not painted. We pulled a plastic wrapped cup out of the cabinet and it had clearly been used to drink coffee or some dark beverage. The hotel smelled bad and the 2nd floor where we stayed waa worse than the first floor. When we left, there was dog poop on the carpet when we stepped out of the elevator. ”
