”This house was absolutely stunning and comfortable for the purpose of our trip. The screened in porch was an absolute game changer because of the only downfall ... BUGS! We wanted to enjoy the fire pit but could not. Both days, the deer flies and mosquitoes were so bad. We had our puppy with us, and got eaten from just standing out to let him pee. I tried to go for a walk, but it's just the area. We stayed for 2 nights while at a lacrosse tournament, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked...

Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!! Also, the cleaning staff, especially Miss Lady, were wonderful - Thank you !”

”We were alarmed when we pulled up to the property since the lawn didn't look like it had been mowed and the garbages were overflowing and torn up by rodents, there was a treehouse in the back that was boarded up with broken glass windows, the fire pit we were to use was completely rusted and collapsed rendering it useless. I had issues receiving the entrance code but customer service was very friendly. Once we got in the space looked clean. There was plenty of bedding and pillows for everyone to...

”We arrived at the cottage and there was a strange odour in the room. Then we noticed the furnishings were tattered and the cottage itself was poorly maintained. And though we paid we left after 10 minutes refusing to stay in this inferior cottage. We are now awaiting a refund.”
