”Clean, spacious, and updated room.”

”The room was dated - chaise had stains, credenza shelf broken, but bed was comfortable. Coffee was excellent! Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was great.”

”We loved the privacy. Being on the top floor was perfect. And we were tucked away in a wing of the resort that didn't have a lot of people traffic. We would definitely stay here again! The only problem we had was the check in instructions were not complete. We were not given the right information to give to the front desk so they would know what unit we were staying in. They figured it out, but the host should talk with the resort staff so they know what information to provide for check-in.”

”House keeping wasn’t good. Stayed 4 nights and they never replaced the cups and coffee packs I used. Also there were no breakfast options without paying. Probably won’t stay there again.”

”I forgot my earrings on the bathroom counter. Immediately noticed after checkout. Went straight back to get them but they had already been stolen!!! The maid hadn’t even cleaned the room. Just gone in and had the door open”

”This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville.”

”Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...

Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. Woodhaven is a touch a heaven. ”

”Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable.”
