”I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!”

”The hotel was decent but our room was at the end of the hallway next to a staircase and door. All night long we heard people and the door opening and closing. ”

”At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day.”

”The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. ”

”Perfect wee night getaway with my 4 yo grandsons. They had a blast in the pool, loved having control of their own TV in our suite and made a big deal of getting their own food at breakfast!”

”Front desk clerk was wearing a mask, did not hear her. Say “ID”? I said “Excuse me”? She said very frustrated snapped “ID”? Plus make SURE you do NOT get room 111 that is on the other side of check in. ITS LOUD AS HELL. Room very clean. Add irons& iron boards. And the ice maker was “out of service”. Not a decent sleep but do to noise. Bed was king& comfy. Regular size fridge. Full size electric stove. Decent for the price & closeness to the Syracuse International. Airport(5.3) miles. ...

”The property was pet friendly. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I felt the breakfast choices needed to be a grade higher. But overall it was a very nice experience and we will be coming back!”
