”The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk who helped us find a local restaurant and gave us directions on how to get there. Our room was pristine clean--the cleaning staff was also friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great. We were full until dinner time!”

Other than that, this hotel desperately needs a major makeover, and management should lower their rates until renovations are complete. Our room smelled strongly of mold and mildew, had red stains on the living room and bedroom floors, and featured stained, smelly curtains. ”I lost my Driver's License and had 2 other forms of ID however the manager wouldn't accept them and kept stating that he had problems before and wouldn't let me check in. I had to call in law enforcement to verify my ID and the manager was still hesitant to check me in . However in the end he finally allowed me to check on after 2 hrs and when I finally got to the room the TV had no remote or microwave the coffee pot did not work and the refrigerator was barely cold and missing the knob to...

”We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back.”
