”Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. ”

I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”… I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish. I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice,...

”Such a great stay for our trip to Smith Rock! The urth was so clean, fresh, and warm for our arrival late in the evening. Shower was hot and the bed was soo comfy after a day of hiking. We slept so well with the window open and the air smelling of juniper and sage. We went out for dinner at the nearby Sandbaggers bar and had breakfast there the next morning. Such a fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable, five stars!!”

”Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...
