Located in the quiet neighborhood of Eby Creek, just a short 5 minute drive from the core of Town of Eagle, you’ll enjoy easy access to local shops and restaurants and a welcoming, family-friendly community. Outdoor enthusiasts will find the area a paradise for hiking and mountain biking, with trailheads readily accessible from your backyard and a private snowshoe and trail running through the yard. Extra snowshoes are available for guests. For golfing enthusiasts, nearby courses provide ample opportunities to tee off.

The neighborhood features a multi-use park with a walking path, soccer field, baseball field, basketball/pickleball court, and a pavilion—ensuring plenty of recreational options for families.

Please note that outdoor stairs are required to access the unit, which is located on the side of the home. The owners reside in the upstairs portion, completely separate from the downstairs rental and are non-obtrusive, ensuring a private guest experience. While guests are in the unit, the owners provide exclusive use of the backyard, including the firepit. The apartment has heat and an electric fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and A/C for warmer summer months.

This Fairly vacation rental is operated and managed by a local Caretaker (that lives in the neighborhood!). Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive local host contact information who will manage your reservation, provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, your local host is available 24/7.
