”My first time in Eagle River, and Chanticleer staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative! Love the location of the hotel - every room has easy access to the waterfront. Coffee, Wifi, fridge, and AC in rooms is very convenient. Comfortable beds, clean room. There is plenty of space, chairs, hammock, etc for the 4 of us to enjoy a quiet sunrise or evening without the “hotel” feel. ”The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. The kitchen and dining were stocked to meet our needs....

”We decided to stay in town during a day trip and they accepted our reservation last minute and greeted us. The home was beautiful, clean and the lake was private and quiet. Check out is noon so we were able to enjoy the amenities. We loved the use if their huge deck for sunbathing , kayaks and lily pad. Their breakfast of muffin quiche, baked goods, and other snacks was amazing. The hosts were fun and upbeat. We can’t wait to plan our next stay. ”

”What you see in the photos is exactly what you get when you arrive. We had 20 adults and one toddler and at no time did it even seem like there were a lot of people there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, well appointed with enough toiletries and paper products to get you though several days. The kitchen was the star of the week, with two large sinks, two dishwashers, two stoves/ovens, more than five coffee pots, two microwaves and a pantry with more counter space as well as two more huge...

”Great house for a large family vacation up north on a lake. Everyone had their own space but under one roof. The kitchen was amazing and had all utensils we needed. Bring your own seasonings and sharp knives. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Had a great time cruising the chain of lakes on our pontoon (not included in rental, we brought our own.)”
