This peaceful Eagle Rock property offers a quiet countryside setting while still being within driving distance of popular area attractions. Guests are about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park, around 1 hour 15 minutes from Radford University, and about 1 hour 20 minutes from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. The home is also a great base for scenic drives, hiking, river access, and exploring the surrounding mountain and countryside areas.

A personal vehicle is recommended for this property, as the home is located in a quiet countryside area with limited public transportation nearby. Guests will have easy on-site parking and can drive to nearby outdoor attractions, hiking areas, river access points, and surrounding towns. Major destinations like Claytor Lake, Radford University, and Virginia Tech are best reached by car.

The house is located on a quiet street, so please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Please make sure all windows and doors are locked before checking out.
Parties are not allowed and will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests who violate quiet hours will be notified once, and may be asked to leave after a second violation.
Pets are not allowed.
Trash must be placed in the trash bin located in the white building at checkout.
