”It was located close to Banf which probably is it best feature. The girl who greeted us as the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. Heater worked really well as well. The place was rustic to say the least. The shower was tiny with faucets that didn't shut off...leaked all night. The bathroom sink faucets also didn't shut off. ”This is a very pretty hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was large and felt elegant. We had breakfast at the restaurant and our server was great and so was the food. It is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the downtown shopping and dining area. It is much less crowded than Banff, so it's nice to come back to after a day at Lake Louise or Banff etc. It also included free parking! We also thought it was reasonably priced.”

”The property was very clean, it provided everything needed. However I did not receive the email for the check-in. I had to leave several messages to reach the property management office before receiving the email. The tv did not work, we were told someone came to the condo and fixed it but it still was not working. We were then told that they would send an email on how to work the television but never received anything .
