”Thumbs up”

”The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.”

”Everything was exceptional”

”Very enjoyable stay. Staff was very warm and welcoming.”

”Staff is always super nice and pleasant. I love the onsite parking available and the restaurant.”

”Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location.”

”We enjoyed our stay!”

”Sandy was wonderful. Lock on slider to balcony was broken. Had to unlock and lock with knife.”

”Staff was very friendly”

”Clean rooms, helpful staff.”

”Great place to stay. Friendly atmosphere. Spain restaurant is amazing.”

”When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

”Great location. Restaurant next door is convenient. Rooms and hotel are very industrial looking. Our room had the bathroom sink in the hallway when you came into the room. Safe in room nice feature. Nice balcony, beautiful view. Smell of marijuana coming from the restaurant workers outside below was HUGE turn off.”
