”A very good stay with the greatest location. The only thing is the street noise: i was on the 22nd floor and still had to wear earplugs. 100% worth it though, beautiful view over Shinjuku. Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast (thank you for the natto!)”

”We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan....

”It was super easy to reach the hotel from Haneda airport, since the limousine bus stopped right in front of the hotel. Busy streets and subway lines were quite close but far enough so we couldn't hear any noise from outside. Good curtains made sure that the morning sun didn't wake us up too early.
Overall the hotel was ok but bit outdated.
If you have for example asthma I wouldn't recommend this hotel because, I got stuffy nose and cough everytime I was inside our room. It could be becaue of...

Had a room with a view to Shinjuku skyline. Walking distance from Golden Gai and Shinjuku nightlife for those night owls. Great value for money and unique experience!”

”Amazing location, small room but clean, maybe some cat pee smell in carpets?
I would definitely recommend removal of any carpet inside the room and replace with vinyl floors, delicious breakfast, service, free water, quiet room I would definitely go back ! ”

”Had a fantastic stay here! The location is super convenient — plenty of good food options just around the area, from quick bites to proper meals. It’s also within easy walking distance to the train station, so getting around Tokyo was very smooth for us.
Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the whole place felt welcoming. Overall, a really solid and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again!”

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvässä kunnossa, huone siisti ja tilava. Alle 1 min kävelymatkan päässä muutama ravintola ja kulmakauppa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Olimme 9 yötä ystäväni kanssa ja tulemme ehdottomasti takaisin seuraavan kerran kun olemme Seoulissa. "

"Hyvä sijainti julkisia silmälläpitäen. Täysin koneellistettu check-in ja check-out eli kaikki kommunikaatio tapahtui automaatin kanssa. Aamiainen oli ok, vaikkakin näin pohjoismaalaisena jäi kaipaamaan leipää, juustoa, leikkeleitä yms. näitä ei ollut tarjolla. Aamiaisjärjestelyt olivat poikkeukselliset, jaettiin aamiaislappuja, jolla pääsi sisään. Sitten laitettiin jonottamaan ensimmäiseen pisteeseen ( lämmin ruoka ) ennenkuin pääsi muihin pisteisiin. Lämmin ruoka ehti jo viileätä ennen kuin pääsi pöytään ja jokaiseen pisteeseen piti jonottaa. Lämmin ruoka annosteltiin myös aika pieninä annoksina, niin sitten sai jonottaa lisää, kun kävi santsaamassa."
