”My only frustration was the lack of communication with the host. Whilst I booked on stayz the owners communication was on a different platform that my Aus phone could not load. I tried calling the number several times to confirm entry instructions and sent a text which was eventually briefly responded to. Whilst the initial email may have had further information, when we arrived, there was no tv, the wifi didn’t work and there was no further communication with the host which was disappointing....

”The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms. ”
