”Very beautiful location away from the city chaos. Weather was so good. Staff welcoming especially Bridget and our late checkout was kindly accepted. We loved the food, clean and peaceful breakfast. Thank you Formosa👏”

”Great accommodation. Cat welcomed us at the lobby and checked us in early as the room was already available. We also got free parking through Expedia VIP access. The 2 bedroom was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The washer/dryer also worked perfectly. ”

”Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

”They called me to cancel the morning of the stay and told me to contact Expedia. I didn't get a refund. They yelled at my colleague on the phone. Don't book here, book somewhere else, not worth it.”

”Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again and reccommend somewhere else for better customer service. ”

”We ended up with a top room with a view of the whole harbor! Also an amazing breakfast buffet with menu items was included. The staff was helpful and the hotel spotless. The location is central and we were able to walk to the places we wanted to visit.”
