âThis hotel was very conveniently located for our trip to watch the Longhorn softball team play. The staff was wonderful, the bartender was attentive and the room was comfy. There was some hair in our shower and our bathroom needed an update. None of that made me not want to return. We will certainly be back! The staff was so wonderful they made up for it all!! âI requested in advance, for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. They allocated me to a room facing the road on the second floor which I could hear quite clearly. When I asked if they could move me they said they would the following day. When I spoke to them the next morning they offered me a room right next to the elevator. âLovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year.â
