”Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff at desk and Grillfire restaurant. I was disappointed to have to pay for parking, that seems really unnecessary. Pool area was so so; it had lots of chairs, which was nice, but it needed more attention from staff — restock of towels, fix cushions, wipe tables. The water also felt kind of icky. My son enjoyed our night away, but I don’t see myself rebooking this property. ”

”We had a suite. It was very nice.
The pool was “under maintenance” which was pretty upsetting for the kids. The pool was on and looked perfect but we weren’t able to use it. The person at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready. ”

”Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”

”Expedia advertises its hotels as either Free Breakfast or Breakfast($). Since Expedia didn't have Breakfast($) on this property, I booked it thinking breakfast was included. In fact, free breakfast was the main reason i booked this particular property. When i went down for the breakfast, i had to pay $17 per person. I didn't read it too carefully but Expedia apparently advertised this property as Breakfast Available, which can mean either or both. I think it would be better practice if Expedia...

”The rooms were clean and large. Couldn’t use the pool because it was outdooors. Their tvs were too old to connect to Netflix or anything of that sort. Television had regular channels like it was connected to an antenna. This hotel was nice but lacking in amenities. Breakfast was great, nice spread of different foods. I wouldn’t stay again though. Oh yeah hotel was small with 2 slow moving elevators.”

”Super convenient to BWI. Hotel room was a little run down, but nothing that was terrible. Breakfast was à la carte and wasn’t anything to write home about if you anre expecting a quick hot breakfast before you fly out. I asked guest services when we got there what time breakfast was and she said 7a-10a. Maybe I missed where it was? At any rate, parking was easy, room was clean, pillows were fluffed. Would I stay there again? Probably. ”
