”Shower drain blocked and reported from day 1. And no one comes to get it fixed nor provide any solution.
Staff are great and try to help. But if the office or owner of the apartment are not responding, then staff can’t do much.
Location is beautiful .”

”Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place.
Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great.
Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke...
