”My friend and I booked this place as a getaway for the weekend. It was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. Kathy has thought of everything to make staying here amazing. There are numerous places to relax - outdoor patio, dining area that includes a sitting area with beautiful views of the patio, multiple seating in living room and kitchen areas, and a pub top table with stools in the pool table area. Everything was super clean and well organized. The beds and linens were comfortable....

”Pretty, secluded location. The pictures may be deceiving to some, but we stayed with 4 people and there was plenty of room. Communication was super easy with host, very responsive. Cabin was supplied with many amenities for cooking and just basic stay needs. Host pretty thought of everything. ”

”Overall, this was a great house for our family of four and our needs. Close to our extended family who we were visiting and close to downtown and river. A unique older home with lots of character. Our host, Chip, was terrific! He allowed us to check in 30 minutes early and made himself available if we needed anything. Thank you Chip : )The only slight critique I could offer would be to have different sheets available for the beds as the current sets felt rough. It was our first time in Cape...

”2nd time staying here Suzzie is a great host goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy the coffee pot went out the day after we got there didn’t look very old told her about it and that it wasn’t a big deal we just boiled some water and poured it t the filter about a half hour later she showed up with another one looking forward to our next trip there so peaceful relaxing and quiet can’t wait ”
