”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.”

”The staff are very nice, breakfast was served and there parking. Entering to the front desk smell great and clean. Going to the room was okay but once we enter the room the sofa were dirty. You could see the stain more because the color was a lighter. It had a kitchen and the washroom and bathroom were clean. We didn't stay anything because we were so disappointed and disgusted. We went another hotel which was the double price.”

We stayed for a basketball tournament and the staff could not help the kids running up and down the hallways and banging on doors but tried their very best to keep the chaos under control. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
