”We did not have a pet. The staff was wonderful. Jamie was at the desk when we came in and helped us figure out the TV remote. It was one we were not familiar with. The next morning Jo Ellen took the time to talk to us and did tell us where the ice machine was. It had snowed all night and there was a lot of snow on our car, and we did not have our big brush. ”This was one of the most interesting places I have stayed. Every room has a unique personality and there is so much to see. There is a huge game room in the basement (pool table, etc.). The staff was great! I highly recommend the Steele Mansion.”

”The staff was wonderful! When I pointed out that Expedia screws up our resevation for three for two bed stay, they did not charge extra by still gave us the beautiful room we had reserved, as well a the taster Sunday brunch! Vry understanding and desirous to make us comfortable-even helped take our bags to our rom!!”
