”Comfortable bed. Requested extra blanket which arrived within minutes. Super clean room/ bathroom. Liked the knock on the door from cleaning supervisor who was randomly asking questions on the service we received/ were we happy with cleanliness etc. ”

”Great location CBD, easy walking distance to train stations that serve airport train and to many attractions (The Rocks, Circular Quay, Opera, Botanical Gardens, Museums). Old hotel recently renovated. Nicely appointed rooms and very quiet. Unfortunately did not have time to use the pool.”

”Lovely hotel and able to check in early by paying an upgrade to bigger room. The room was fantastic and as we had travelled for 11 hours it was much appreciated. The only issue is the amount of building work ongoing close by but this did not disturb us too much.”
