”The hotel is a little dated already but it is Shangri-La, you cannot go wrong. Some parts of the bathroom were a bit leaky but overall good experience. ”

”Man i have no idea where to start the moment you enter it feels like a hotel out of john wick like a continental stay greeted by staff very friendly. They answered any questions I had weather it was 1pm or 1am the whole thing was a great experience if you like shopping the shopping mall and store are all walking distance but if not the taxis are everywhere and very affordable great stay and Australia is a beautiful and friendly place to visit thank you for having me.”

”I was here for a couple of days after a conference. The room was quite good but could. It was not possible to adjust the temperature higher. Nothing happened when trying. I would not quite rate it a 5 star hotel - only 4 star. The breakfast was expensive but poor (for examinerad no cheese selection - no fresh juice). However the service at concierge was fantastic all the time. The check-in desk was not so welcoming, but ok.”
