”Palvelu toimi hyvin koko vierailun ajan, mutta muuten on paljon parantamisen varaa. Lämmintä vettä ei ollut joka päivä saatava, joten huoneessamme ollutta ”poreallasta” oli mahdoton käyttää sinä aikana. Siivouksen taso oli todella huono. Uusia saippuoita täytyi käydä välillä pyytämässä ja lakanoita ei vaihdettu. Informaatio oli todella huonoa ja kaikesta täytyi kysyä tai oppia kantapään kautta. Ravintoloiden aukio-olo aikoja ei ollut missään ja ajan kanssa selvisi, ettei hotellin kaikki...

”Room Services: Even with the DND sign on the door, the room attendant let herself in MULTIPLE TIMES without permission while we were still in the room. The first time I was undressed in a towel and very upset that she just walked herself in. I said something and she just continued to do things in the bathroom and tv area. She left. Forgot something and tried to let herself back in without permission. FURIOUS! I went to concierge and explained my frustration. All they offered was an apology. But...

”Most of the staff was rude. We didnt get our bags until 1am and we had to go find them. The shower had boiling hot water or none. The area around the building smelled like sewage. The food was subpar even in the restaurants requiring reservations. The sheets/bedding and towels had stains on them. Housekeeping went thru my luggage. The beach was great, plenty of chairs. ”

”Check in was bumpy. No one told us about the app or that it wasn't working. So we had no way to reserve activities or dinner spots. We called the front desk 20 times with no answer. We finally walked to the front only to be told it was first come first serve since app was down. We came right at 5:00 and the restaurant told us we needed reservations also that reservations were full until 9pm. They finally agreed to squeeze us in but we wished they hadn't. The food was awful.
