”Wonderful vacation for our extended family of nine. Beautiful house, perfect location and outstanding staff including Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria who were willing and always available to accommodate all of our wants and needs. One of the highlights of our trip was to visit the Ecological Center located nearby. Truly enjoyed the natural beauty along with swimming in the amazing crystal-clear ponds.”

”The property itself is beautiful. Lots of tropical plants, palm trees, lush and green. The room was perfect. Restaurants were good. Pools were immaculately clean and cool. The only minor complaint I had was they could do a better job of picking up garbage on the beach and around the property as a whole. Plastic bottles, wrappers, paper laying around. But the #1 best thing about Excellence is the staff - they ALL smile and are super friendly and helpful. Bring some extra cash to tip these...

”Mi vuelo llegó tarde y decidí pasa la noche cerca del aeropuerto, esta a minutos del aeropuerto, se puede ir caminando a una zona con mis buenos restaurantes y hay un buen shopping center a solo unas cuadras. ”

”It is the perfect place for family vacation. Though I can't say you ever heard loud kids. There is just a lot for them to do and be happy about. As for parents and grandparents it's paradise. I've traveled much of the world. This was the nicest most accommodating staff I've ever encountered. I'll be back for sure ”

”Staff is incredible and the entertainment team was a blast! Tons of activities to do during the day and shows at night. Did water aerobics in ocean, dance lessons by pool too. The beautiful grounds were so nice to walk around and fun to see the peacock, ducks, and fish too. Would definitely return!”
