âWe had an AMAZING time! The propertyâs manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! âSome staff was pleasant but overall many of them were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. We paid a significant amount to upgrade our room for it to be dirty and outdated. The food was okay. Overall I do not plan on booking this resort again in the future. â
