”We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both rooms were stocked with TVs and comfortable beds. The walls weren’t thin, which was great when my boyfriend was visiting loudly with his brother and I went to sleep a bit earlier than them. The kitchen amenities were great! There was a dishwasher as well! The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The pool doesn’t get sun until midday, so we didn’t end up being able to use it - we also didn’t see a hot tub at all though. I did use the gym, and...

”Our room came with a full kitchen. Location was 15 mins of everywhere. Close access to food, OSU, Easton center etc. hotel had a laundry and a small gym and was pet friendly. It had an odor in the room (like a musty smell) The bed was uncomfortable and noisy.”

”The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The food is okay. We were given a room on the seventh floor but there were no carts to carry up luggage for our entire stay, as well as our refrigerator didn't work, nor did our neighbor's refrigerator. And finally one of the two elevators was broken down the entire time, which caused about a 5 to 10-minute wait each ride. I have a broken foot and a boot which is why the stairs weren't an option.”

”I was really impressed with the patience of the receptionist. She was with a client who just was a needy one and she gently guided him through the process. When it was our turn, she was gracious and so efficient! The breakfast had a really great assortment and we appreciated the friendly breakfast staff.”
