”The room was clean however there was no bath towels and it was an inconvenience at 10 o’clock at night to call main lobby and was told that they were washing the towels and we needed to pick them up. That was ridiculous for us not to have an organized room with bath towels. Also the toilet cover was yellow and dirty. Saturday breakfast was very poor service, not enough food and scrambled eggs were empty or no refills.
We kept asking for coffee and it wasn’t done. Juices were empty too. It was...

”First of all, their policy is no food or drinks allowed to be brought in. I stayed from Mon-Wed. Checked in Monday night and turned in. Tuesday tried to eat at the Rife restaurant. Reserved for special soccer party. Tried their steakhouse, only open wed-sun. Tried their Budda restaurant, only open wed-sun. Tried their double down Cafe, stood waiting for 22 minutes for a burger and fries, then requested a refund. When to the front desk to let them know what I thought of their no outside food...

”Something special. Cllose to many wineries. Hacienda’s own wine is worth tasting. It’s excellent wine with smooth taste. Nice garden and pool area.”

”For the price it was ok. The room was decent, service was ok, plenty of parking. Don't need towels because you might literally have to get them yourself, room keys stopped working out of the blue- annoying. The Motel 6 my husband and I experienced this time is not the same as we once experienced.”

”Stayed two nights. Thay advertised free breakfast. 1st time all they had was some fruit loops cereal and a small bear claw. 2nd day same thing walked in this guy says all they have is cereal and no milk. Ask the gentleman at the front desk where the breakfast was he said they we all out this was 7:00 am. Carpet in room was a black color, and it was dirty left your feet black. Tables in room were dirty ring marks from glasses or cups.
