As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs).
In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly.

”room was very modern, however some areas did not look well cleaned (edge if the bed had some dried white liquid). the surrounding area has nice shops but is very sketchy at night. did not feel comfortable with the parking situation. also at 6am sounded like maintenance or cleaning crew was constantly in and out of the elevator making tons of noise. was good for a night but wouldnt stay again.”

”Overall a good stay, The room was clean , staff were very helpful. Our only concerns were the HVAC in our room was very noisy and hard to regulate, we ended up turning it off completely which made the room stuffy. That may have been user error.
Breakfast was unacceptable, scrambled eggs were rubbery and cold as was the Bacon. Not a great benefit.”
